Terms of service
Loggdin is a studio based in Dublin, Ireland, reachable at hello@loggdin.com. By using this site or buying a product, you agree to these terms.
What we provide
Free tools, paid digital products such as Notion templates, and design services. Free tools are provided as they are. Paid products are described on their product page and delivered digitally.
Digital products
- A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the template for yourself or your own business.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the template or its contents as your own.
- Templates are delivered as a link to duplicate the file into your own Notion, shown on the receipt and sent by email.
Liability
We build things carefully, but products are provided without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, Loggdin is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under Irish or EU law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Privacy policy
We keep this simple and collect as little as we can.
What we collect
- When you buy something: your name and email, handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your card details.
- When you contact us: your email and message.
- Basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site is used.
How we use it
To deliver what you bought, provide support, and (only if you opt in) send occasional product updates. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the shop: our payment processor, our email tool, and our analytics provider. Each handles your data under its own terms.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email hello@loggdin.com and we will sort it.
Refund policy
Our products are digital and delivered instantly, so please read the product page before buying.
- If a template does not work as described, email hello@loggdin.com within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.
- Because products are delivered instantly, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once the template link has been accessed, in line with the digital content exception under EU consumer law.
